Rental Update
A quarterly recap of retail rental rate trends for the US and Canada, analyzing weekly rates across the 10 most popular equipment sub-types.
The MagikMe Equipment Q3 Rental Update was just released. For the first time this year, we saw significant declines for some types of equipment, although rates rose dramatically for others.
Here are some notable highlights:
- Crawler Mounted Hydraulic Excavators saw the largest increase in weekly rental rates, followed by Telescoping Boom Rough Terrain Lift Trucks and Electric Self-Propelled Scissor Lifts.
- Rates for I.C. Pneumatic Tire Lift Trucks were the only rates to decrease daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Only two out of the ten regions tracked saw decreases in weekly rental rates compared to the previous quarter.
