Lube Cost

Lubrication includes the costs of oils, grease, coolants and filters.  Labor and ancillary equipment involved in servicing is also included.  (e.g.  The cost of a lube truck and operator is included in this cost).  For dual engine models, include lube costs for both equipment and carrier.
